Eligibility Criteria
(Applicant must be aged 18 or above with the right of abode in Hong Kong)
*Applicants (a family of 1 to 6 members) awaiting for Public Rental Housing for no less than three years are required to hold a valid blue acknowledgement card issued by Hong Kong Housing Authority (“Blue Card”). The information of the applicant and his/her family members provided in this application must be as same as that of contained in the aforesaid Blue Card.

Application and Submission
Obtaining Application Form and Guidance Notes
- Applicants can download the application documents from khw.pokoi.org.hk; OR
- Obtain the application documents from Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village.
Submitting Application Form
- Online Application
- Applicant can complete and submit an online application at khw.pokoi.org.hk.
- If an online application is submitted successfully, applicant does not need to mail the application form to POH. Submission of multiple applications will NOT be considered.
- By Email
- Applicant can submit the application form by email to khw-apply@pokoi.org.hk
- If an application form is submitted successfully by email, applicant does not need to mail the application form to POH. Submission of multiple applications will NOT be considered.
- By Post
- Applicant can submit the application form by post to “Unit G04, G/F, Pok Oi Service Building, 71 Kam Sheung Road, Yuen Long, New Territories”. Please write on the envelope “Application for Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village”
- In Person
- Applicant can submit the application form by hand to “Unit G04, G/F, Pok Oi Service Building, 71 Kam Sheung Road, Yuen Long, New Territories”. Please write on the envelope “Application for Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village”
- Office hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (except Sunday and public holidays)

Application is NOW open; flat allocation is available while stocks last.
Acknowledgment of Receipt
Upon receipt of the application, POH will notify the applicant of his/her application number (randomly assigned by computer) via SMS message within 7 working days.
Important Notes
- Applicants please read the application guidance notes and the important notes carefully before completing the application form. Should you have any queries, please call enquiry hotline of Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village.
- Applicants please provide all the information required in the application form and prepare relevant supporting documents for vetting interview (if applicable).
- Applicants can submit application via: (i) Online Application (khw.pokoi.org.hk); (ii) Email (khw-apply@pokoi.org.hk); (iii) By Post; or (iv) In Person (please write on the envelope “Application for Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village”)
- Upon receipt of application, POH will notify the applicant of his/her application number (randomly assigned by computer) via SMS message within 7 working days.
- Applicant can only submit one application for his/her family. Submission of multiple applications will not be considered.
- Please refer to the application guidance notes for the arrangement of vetting interview and result announcement.
- Applicants who do not receive any notification within 6 months from the date of receiving the confirmation of Application Number may consider their applications unsuccessful.
- If any applicant (including his/her family members) is found liable for violating the “Prevention of Bribery Ordinance of Hong Kong”, POH will report to ICAC and will not accept his/her application.
- POH reserves the right to change, update and/or revise the information contained in the application form at any time without prior notice and without incurring any obligation whatsoever.
- POH reserves the right for the final decision on flat allocation.
